Key Responsibilities
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area.
• Manage and develop distributor network and ensure healthy business operations.
• Drive market expansion, outlet coverage, and visibility initiatives.
• Monitor distributor performance, inventory, and collections.
• Implement company sales strategies, schemes, and promotional activities.
• Handle and guide sales team/field force to achieve targets.
• Ensure effective execution in General Trade; Modern Trade exposure is a plus.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback.
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Strong experience in General Trade (GT); Modern Trade (MT) experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of distributor management and territory handling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
