Key Responsibilities will include:
● Onboarding new dealers and finding qualified prospects for distributionship.
● Building and maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors
● Identifying new sales opportunities and creating new channels
● Daily dealer visits - Route plans
● Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
● Meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
● Coordinating and participating in promotional events and activities
● Providing regular sales reports to management.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
● Minimum of 1 years of experience in managing retailers and distributors in the building material, bath fittings, hardware, sanitaryware, and ceramics industry.
● Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, as well as an understanding of the industry and market trends.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Experience with the Hyderabad market area is a must.
