Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join LIC of India as an Agency Manager, working directly under the guidance of Development Officer Mr. Pintu Gupta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop a team of LIC Insurance Advisers.

• Guide and train advisers to sell LIC life insurance and investment products.

• Achieve targets through adviser activation and business development.

• Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain high service standards.

• Conduct meetings, reviews, and motivational sessions with advisers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream).

• Age: 21 years and above.

• Skills: Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience: Sales/Marketing/Insurance experience preferred (mandatory).

• Freshers with passion for people and sales are welcome.
