Job Description

We are looking for a Tailor to join our team at Sevalaya to design garments and collections as per market trends and brand identity. This creative role requires planning, developing and creating new designs manually or using a computer. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹25000 and an opportunity to work on innovative fashion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage of skilled tailors.

Executing and managing bulk orders.

Recommend suitable designs and fabrics to clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience in garment tailoring and team leadership.

Strong knowledge of quality control and safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6 years of experience. Strong knowledge of fabrics, design software (like Illustrator) and creativity is essential. Besides this, skills like Embroidery, Stitching, CAD (Optional) are also important.
