🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end sampling process (concept to final approval).

Coordinate with designers, embroidery, tailoring & production teams.

Handle fabric sourcing, trims, costing & vendor management.

Ensure timely delivery, quality standards & accurate specifications.

Maintain costing sheets, approvals & sampling records.

Act as a bridge between design & production to meet buyer requirements.

🔹 Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Fashion Merchandiser (ethnic wear / bridalwear / westernwear).

Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, surface ornamentation, costing & finishing.

Excellent coordination, negotiation & communication skills.

Ability to multitask & meet deadlines in a fast-paced setup.

On-site availability in Surat is mandatory.
