Fashion designer

We are looking for a Fashion Designer as well as an Fashion Intern to join our team at ReCrea to design outfits as per customer requirement and to design collections as per market trends and brand identity. This creative role requires design & fabric knowledge, creative thinking, developing new designs manually or using a computer. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 20,000 and an opportunity to work on innovative fashion projects.

And for Fashion Intern it would be 3 months of internship with paid stipend of Rs 5000/- at the end of 3rd month depending on their performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create design concepts, sketches and patterns.
• Research current trends, fabrics and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with production teams for sample creation.
• Fabric sourcing from market
• Assist in fittings, revisions and final approval of garments.
• Maintain design documentation and mood boards.
• Have knowledge about computer aided designing tool

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. Strong knowledge of fabrics, design software (like Illustrator) and creativity is essential. Besides this, skills like Embroidery, Stitching, CAD (Optional) are also important.

2 Wheeler s mandatory for fabric sourcing.
