Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant at Banana Club located in Bengaluru. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing fashion advice and guidance to customers, managing customer inquiries and complaints, assisting with sales and customer service, and utilizing product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Qualifications

· Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Experience in sales and customer service

· Ability to provide fashion advice and guidance

· Passion for fashion and keeping up with the latest trends

· Ability to work well in a team

· Ability to provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations

· Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
