Position: Quality Control Executive – Garment Manufacturing

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Executive to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of ladies’ readymade garments throughout the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-line and final inspections of garments as per quality standards

• Monitor stitching, finishing, measurements, and overall workmanship

• Identify defects and suggest corrective actions to the production team

• Maintain quality records and prepare daily QC reports

• Coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure quality consistency

• Follow AQL standards and ensure compliance with buyer specifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in garment QC

• Knowledge of woven & knitted ladies’ wear

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred: Candidates from Noida/Delhi NCR with experience in export houses.
