- Plan and organize events, weddings, get togethers or corporate functions
- Book venues and vendors as per requirement
- Follow up with staffs and handle end-to-end management
Key Responsibilities:
• Logistics Coordination: Manage all logistical elements of events, including:
o Vendor management ,Material procurement and inventory management
o Equipment setup and teardown
• On-site Event Management: Oversee on-site operations during events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise. This may include:
o Supervising event staff
o Managing guest flow
o Troubleshooting technical difficulties
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Post-Event Analysis: Contribute to post-event analysis, identifying areas for improvement and best practices for future events.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and execution, such as preparing proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including event planners, PR associates, and creative teams, to ensure seamless collaboration.
