Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute successful events from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to clients and attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions, weddings, corporate parties, and promotional activities.

• Liaise with clients to determine event objectives, budgets, and requirements.

• Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines.

• Coordinate with vendors for venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, and logistics.

• Manage event marketing and promotion (online/offline).

• Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.

• Oversee on-site event staff, volunteers, and vendors.

• Handle client feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and post-event evaluations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience as an Event Manager, Event Coordinator, or similar role.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Creativity and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office and event management software/tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Event Planning or Hospitality Management.

• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.

• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing for event promotion.
