The Events Production Executive/Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all aspects of event production — from technical setup to on-site delivery. The role involves coordinating with vendors, creative teams, and clients to ensure every event runs smoothly, safely, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.---Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and oversee all technical and production requirements for events (sound, light, stage, LED, truss, branding, power, etc.)Prepare production schedules, timelines, and logistics plans.Coordinate with clients, designers, and internal teams to translate creative concepts into practical execution.Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for event equipment and manpower.Conduct site visits, technical recces, and pre-event checks.Ensure adherence to safety norms, permissions, and compliance requirements (fire, power, civic permissions, etc.).Manage on-ground setup, rehearsals, and dismantling operations.Supervise production team and manpower during load-in/load-out.Track event budgets, vendor payments, and production costs.Prepare post-event reports, feedback, and inventory updates.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong technical knowledge of event equipment (audio, lighting, video, rigging, etc.)Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.Ability to handle pressure and tight timelines.Leadership and team coordination skills.Good communication and client interaction skills.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic design or CAD tools (added advantage).Qualifications:Graduate in Event Management, Production, or related field.1–5 years of experience in event production or technical management.Experience in live events, concerts, corporate events, exhibitions, or conferences preferred.---Work Conditions:Requires travel to event sites and outstation projects.Involves working flexible hours, including nights and weekends during setups
