We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our event team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing immersive event spaces, developing 3D visualizations, and overseeing the execution of designs during production. This role also involves event curation, on-ground coordination, and creating presentations and basic graphic assets to support event pitches and execution.
Design & Ideation
Conceptualize and design event environments, stages, stalls, installations, and experiential zones.
Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations and internal planning.
Develop creative concepts and themes aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines.
Production Oversight
Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
Supervise on-ground setup to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained.
Assist in material selection, finishes, and detailing for event structures and elements.
Event Curation & Management
Support event planning, layout zoning, and space optimization.
Collaborate with the event management team during pre-production, setup, live event, and dismantling phases.
Ensure smooth coordination between creative, production, and operations teams.
Presentations & Graphics
Create visually appealing PPTs for event pitches, proposals, and internal reviews.
Design basic graphic elements such as layouts, signage, backdrops, and branding collaterals.
Assist in preparing mood boards, design decks, and concept notes.
Proficiency in 3D design software (such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).
Working knowledge of rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.).
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
Strong understanding of event production processes and materials.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Prior experience in event design, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or set design.
Understanding of fabrication, lighting, and spatial planning.
Willingness to work on-site during event execution.
