Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of cinema equipment
Maintain electrical systems, lighting, panels, DG sets, and UPS
Handle HVAC systems, air-conditioning units, and ventilation
Support audio-visual systems including projectors, sound systems, and screens
Attend technical issues during shows to avoid show interruptions
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory norms
Monitor utilities such as power, water, and energy consumption
Maintain fire safety systems, alarms, extinguishers, and emergency exits
Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, and spare parts
Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and daily reports
Support new installations, renovations, and audits
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of plant rooms and technical areas
Respond promptly to emergencies and technical breakdowns
Coordinate with operations team for smooth daily functioning
