Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards. The candidate will be responsible for inspection, testing, quality documentation, and identifying process improvements to maintain high-quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.

• Perform testing and validation of electrical, electronic, and instrumentation products.

• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and records.

• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

• Monitor production processes to maintain product quality.

• Handle non-conformance reports and follow-up actions.

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for quality improvements.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of quality control and inspection techniques.

• Ability to read electrical and technical drawings.

• Experience with measuring and testing instruments.

• Knowledge of quality documentation and reporting.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in industrial automation, electrical panels, electronics manufacturing, or instrumentation industry.

• Candidates from automation companies such as Patil Automation will be preferred.
