ITI Electrician

Technical & Project Responsibilities

1. Site Execution – Supervise day-to-day solar installation activities (panel mounting, cabling, inverter setup, etc.).

2. Quality Control – Ensure all work meets design, technical standards, and safety codes.

3. Material Management – Track and manage delivery, storage, and usage of solar panels, structures, cables, inverters, etc.

4. Coordination – Work with engineers, contractors, and workers to keep the project on schedule.

5. Commissioning Support – Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and final system handover.

👷 Team & Safety Responsibilities

6. Team Supervision – Guide and monitor site workers, technicians, and subcontractors.

7. Training – Educate workers on safe practices, correct installation methods, and equipment use.

8. Safety Compliance – Enforce PPE usage, fall protection, electrical safety, and site housekeeping.

9. Issue Resolution – Handle on-site challenges (technical or manpower-related) quickly.

📑 Reporting & Documentation

10. Daily Reports – Record progress, manpower, materials used, and site issues.

11. Communication – Update project managers/clients about site status.

12. Documentation – Maintain drawings, inspection reports, checklists, and handover documents.
