Electrician

We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join our team CAG HOTELS PVT LTD. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hotel Electrician – Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Electrical Maintenance & Repairs

     • Maintain and repair electrical systems including lighting, power outlets, switches, DBs, and panels.

     • Attend and resolve electrical complaints from guest rooms and public areas promptly.

  2. Preventive Maintenance

     • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.

     • Ensure uninterrupted power supply and minimize breakdowns.

  3. Guest Room & Public Area Support

     • Handle electrical issues in guest rooms with minimal disturbance to guests.

     • Support electrical requirements in banquet halls, restaurants, and conference rooms.

  4. Power & Energy Management

     • Monitor power consumption and assist in energy-saving initiatives.

     • Maintain DG sets, UPS systems, inverters, and emergency power systems.

  5. Safety & Compliance

     • Follow electrical safety standards and fire safety regulations.

     • Ensure proper earthing, insulation, and circuit protection.

     • Comply with statutory requirements and audits.

  6. Coordination & Reporting

     • Coordinate with Engineering Manager and other departments.

     • Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and work orders.

  7. Installation & Upgrades

     • Install new electrical fixtures, equipment, and wiring as required.

     • Support renovation and refurbishment activities.

  8. Emergency Handling

     • Attend power failures and emergency breakdowns promptly.

     • Ensure emergency lighting and fire alarm systems are operational.

       Qualifications (Preferred)

       • ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent

       • Hotel / commercial building maintenance experience preferred

       • Valid electrical license (if applicable)
