Construction Electrician

Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Electricians for the internal electrification work of residential flats in a multi-storey building. The scope of work includes installation, testing, and commissioning of all internal electrical systems as per approved drawings and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts

• Install conduits, wiring, switch boxes, DBs, and sockets

• Wiring for lights, fans, geysers, AC points, power points, etc.

• Laying and dressing of wires through PVC/metal conduits or raceways

• Mounting and termination of MCBs, RCCBs, and DB panels

• Conduct loop testing, insulation resistance, and voltage checks

• Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety protocols, and site instructions

• Coordinate with civil teams to avoid rework and delays

• Maintain quality workmanship and neat installation

Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification

• Proven hands-on experience in residential electrical works

• Familiar with tools like multimeter, drill, crimping tool, testers, etc.

• Understanding of load balancing, circuit grouping, earthing systems

• Ability to follow technical instructions, and work independently or in teams

• Knowledge of basic safety procedures and PPE usage
