Driver

• Passenger Transportation:

  Safely pick up and drop off passengers along a predetermined route or to a requested destination.

• Vehicle Operation:

  Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to check for mechanical issues, maintain the bus's cleanliness, and report any maintenance needs. 

• Customer Service:

  Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers, helping with luggage, providing information on schedules and routes, and managing situations professionally. 

• Communication:

  Use radios or phones to communicate with dispatchers and supervisors to report delays, incidents, or mechanical problems. 

• Scheduling and Route Navigation:

  Follow scheduled routes and timeframes, using maps or GPS to navigate efficiently. 

• Fare Collection:

  Accurately collect fares or issue tickets to passengers.
