Driver

• Safely drive company staff, management, and guests to and from designated locations.

• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in proper running condition.

• Conduct regular checks on oil, brake fluid, water, tire pressure, and fuel levels.

• Follow traffic rules and regulations at all times.

• Maintain a logbook of daily travel, mileage, fuel usage, and any vehicle issues.

• Coordinate with the Admin/HR team for scheduling trips and vehicle requirements.

• Handle office errands, courier deliveries, and other administrative support tasks when required.

• Report any accidents, mechanical issues, or traffic violations immediately.

• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with staff and company matters.
