Job Summary The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and keeping the company’s social media accounts active by creating engaging content, shooting and editing reel videos, and maintaining consistent online presence across platforms. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management ● Manage and maintain all social media accounts on a daily basis. ● Ensure regular posting of reels, posts, and stories. ● Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement. ● Maintain brand tone, consistency, and visual identity. Reels Shooting & Video Editing ● Shoot high-quality reel videos and short-form content. ● Edit videos using trending audio, transitions, text, and effects. ● Create behind-the-scenes, site visit, and project showcase content. ● Optimize videos for each social media platform. Content Planning & Coordination ● Plan weekly and monthly content calendars. ● Coordinate with internal teams for content ideas and approvals. ● Stay updated with current social media trends and formats. Tools & Platforms ● Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube ● Video Editing Tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.) ● Canva or similar design tools ● Mobile and DSLR camera handling (preferred) Candidate Requirements ● Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. ● Strong skills in reel shooting and video editing. ● Creative mindset with good visual and aesthetic sense. ● Understanding of social media trends and algorithms. ● Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills. ● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
