Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on Instagram and WhatsApp, answer queries, and guide them to the right

products.

• Handle DMs and chats quickly and professionally.

• Explain product details such as price, size, delivery time, and authenticity.

• Follow up with interested customers and help close sales.

• Keep track of orders and customer feedback.

• Stay updated with sneaker trends and releases.

• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude in every customer interaction.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Good knowledge of sneakers and current trends.

• Must know how to use Instagram and WhatsApp Business effectively.

• Friendly and confident personality with great customer service skills.

• Passion for fashion, footwear, and streetwear culture.

• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (for managing orders) is a plus.
