Social Media Manager

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their brand goals, and ensure smooth coordination with our internal design and marketing teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients — maintaining strong communication and understanding their requirements.

• Plan, create, and manage social media strategies for multiple brands across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Coordinate with the graphic design team to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.

• Collaborate with the marketing and ad teams for campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.

• Maintain posting schedules and ensure timely delivery of content.

• Analyze performance metrics and share monthly reports and insights with clients.

• Stay updated with current social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Handle client queries, feedback, and approvals professionally and promptly.
