Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Instagram and other social platforms

• Conduct competitor and trend research to stay ahead of the curve

• Optimize content for higher engagement, visibility, and conversions

• Manage posting schedules, hashtags, reels, stories, and influencer collaborations

• Respond to community interactions and nurture audience relationships

• Explore new tools, formats, and features to enhance growth

• Support the team during campaigns, product launches, and marketing events

• Maintain an organized library of assets and content plans

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Growth Strategist, or similar role

• Proven success in growing and managing Instagram pages

• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and performance achievements

• Solid understanding of platform algorithms, analytics tools, and content strategies

• Proficiency with content creation tools, scheduling platforms, and basic editing software

• Creative mindset with excellent communication and time-management skills

• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into growth actions

• Location: Preferably based in Delhi or willing to commute when required
