Qualifications and Requirements:

1. 0-1 year of experience in video content creation or a related field.

2. Experience in hosting or anchoring video content is a plus.

3. Comfortable in facing the camera.

4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and video content best practices.

5. Excellent storytelling and creative skills with an eye for detail.

6. Ability to manage the entire video production process independently.

7. Strong communication skills and on-camera presence for hosting podcasts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop long-form and short-form video content, including reels, stories, and full-length videos.

2. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually compelling and on-brand videos.

3. Stay updated on the latest video trends, tools, and technologies. Implement trendy and innovative ideas into video content, particularly for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

4. Handle all aspects of video production, from scripting and storyboarding and delivering.

5. Ensure high-quality video output that meets brand standards and engages the audience.

6. Monitor video performance metrics and analyze the impact of video content on audience engagement.

7. Provide insights and recommendations for improving video content based on data
