Role - Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who will be responsible for optimizing our website and digital assets to improve organic search visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends. They should be proficient in conducting keyword research, implementing on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and analyzing performance metrics to continually refine and improve our SEO strategy.
Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and phrases.
Optimize website content, including copy, metadata, and images, for improved search visibility.
Perform on-page optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, heading tags, and internal linking.
Implement technical SEO best practices to improve site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics.
Identify and troubleshoot SEO issues, such as crawl errors, duplicate content, and broken links.
Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies, including link building and outreach campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in Google Analytics or Google Ads are a plus.
