🎯 Role Overview

As our SEO Executive, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance user engagement. You’ll work closely with our content and development teams, and prepare insightful, client-ready reports that showcase performance and growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to our business goals and client needs

Align SEO efforts with broader digital marketing and product strategies

Keyword Research: Identify high-value keywords and content opportunities using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest. Analyze search intent and trends to guide content creation

On-Page Optimization: Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and page speed

Ensure content is SEO-friendly and user-centric

Technical SEO: Conduct regular technical audits to identify crawl issues, broken links, and indexing problems

Collaborate with developers to implement fixes and improvements

Off-Page SEO: Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and digital PR

Monitor backlink profile and disavow harmful links

Content Collaboration: Work with writers and designers to produce engaging, optimized content

Suggest topics and formats based on keyword gaps and audience needs

Website Monitoring & Analysis: Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools. Monitor KPIs like organic traffic, bounce rate, CTR, and conversions

Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify gaps or opportunities

Benchmark performance and suggest improvements

Reporting & Insights: Prepare creative, client-friendly SEO reports with actionable insights

Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients

Stay Updated: Keep up with algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging tools

Experiment with new techniques and share learnings with the team

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO experience

Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools

Technical Skills: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge; understanding of website architecture

Content Optimization: Strong copywriting and keyword integration skills

Reporting: Ability to create visually appealing and insightful SEO reports

Communication: Clear and confident communicator, especially with clients and team members

Strategic Thinking: Ability to align SEO with business goals and client expectations
