Job Description

Lead Height is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead, strategize, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate should have a strong background in SEO, SEM, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics, with the ability to drive ROI-focused results and manage a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company and client goals.

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO projects.

• Oversee the social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Lead a team of digital marketers and assign tasks across SEO, PPC, and social media.

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools.

• Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Ensure client satisfaction through transparent reporting and effective results.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 month–1 years of experience in digital marketing.

• Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.

• Strong knowledge of conversion optimization, lead generation, and ROI-driven marketing.

• Experience in a digital marketing agency environment (preferred).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Google Ads / Meta Ads Certification (preferred).
