Job Description

Lead Height is looking for a skilled Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize paid campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem. The candidate must have prior experience in a digital marketing company and a proven track record of delivering leads, sales, and ROI-driven results through paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for better results.

• Write and test engaging ad copies for high CTR and conversions.

• Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to ensure cost-effective performance.

• Implement and track conversions, remarketing, and audience segmentation.

• Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations.

• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, policies, and trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.

• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.

• Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment (preferred).

• Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver results.
