Job Description:

Leadheight is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. As an SMM Executive, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with company goals.

• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.

• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize future campaigns.

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and tools.

• Creative thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
