Track, measure, and report campaign performance (open rate, click-through rate, conversions).

Maintain and update the leads database regularly.

Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for follow-up.

Stay updated with email marketing trends, GDPR/compliance, and industry best practices.
