Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for a Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team at Agencenter India Private Limited to help plan and execute management Service . The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹19000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product catalogues on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and JioMart.

• Plan, launch, and optimise advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads, Performance Ads, etc.) to improve visibility and sales.

• Set up and manage deals, coupons, offers, and promotions to boost conversions.

• Monitor account health, product rankings, competition analysis, and overall marketplace performance.

• Coordinate with the content and imaging team to ensure high-quality listings.

• Analyse daily/weekly sales reports and implement data-driven strategies for growth.

• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and seller communication on marketplaces.

• Execute both online and offline promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.

• Work closely with management to plan monthly targets and ensure timely execution of tasks.

• Identify new growth opportunities across different marketplaces and improve overall sales performance.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
