E commerce marketing executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the product catalog database regularly.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to gather accurate product information.

• Ensure all product listings are complete with descriptions, images, and specifications.

• Conduct regular audits of catalog data to maintain accuracy and consistency.

• Assist in the set-up of new product lines.

• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding product information.

• Generate reports to track the progress and accuracy of catalog data.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure product information aligns with advertising and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in catalog management, data entry, or related roles.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in database management and spreadsheet software.
