We specialize in plots, apartments, and premium properties. We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to help us scale our brand and generate quality leads.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to generate buyer leads for residential plots, flats, and properties
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), and YouTube Ads for property launches
- Create and optimize landing pages for lead forms and site visit bookings
*Content & Brand*
- Work with the sales and design team to create property creatives, reels, and ad copies
- Manage social media pages: content calendar, posts, stories, and community engagement
- Handle company website, SEO, and Google My Business listings
*Performance & Analytics*
- Track CPL, CTR, lead quality, and ROI of all campaigns
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and WhatsApp Business to monitor performance
- Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up and quality feedback
*Other*
- Run WhatsApp/Email marketing for offers, site visits, and new launches
- Manage online reviews and reputation on Google, Justdial, 99acres, Magicbricks
- Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and competitor activities
*Must-Have Skills*
1. *1-5 years* experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Real Estate / Property / Education sector
2. Hands-on experience with *Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics*
3. Knowledge of *SEO, content marketing, and landing page tools* like WordPress/Elementor
4. Basic graphic and video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar
5. Strong understanding of lead funnels, retargeting, and audience targeting
6. Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English preferred
7. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Good to Have*
- Experience with CRM tools like LeadSquared, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Prior experience running campaigns for site visits and property launches
- Basic knowledge of real estate portals: 99acres, Housing, Magicbricks
