Digital Marketing Executive (SEO Specialist)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to enhance our online visibility, drive website traffic, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on on-page and off-page SEO, keyword optimization, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic rankings on major search engines.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to optimize content and campaigns.

• Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, URL structure, internal linking, schema markup, etc.).

• Execute off-page SEO activities (backlink building, guest posting, directory submissions, outreach).

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO and user experience.

• Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

• Stay up to date with the latest SEO, Google algorithm updates, and digital marketing trends.

• Track, analyze, and report performance of SEO campaigns, providing actionable insights.

• Support other digital marketing initiatives like PPC, social media, and email marketing when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in SEO and digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz).

• Proficiency in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structures (preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
