Role Overview:

We are hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to handle end-to-end digital campaigns for real estate mandate projects. The role requires strong expertise in lead generation, performance marketing, and conversion-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan & execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta & Google Ads)

Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects

Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROI, and conversions

Create and manage landing pages & lead funnels

Coordinate closely with the sales team for better closures

Oversee social media strategy and content planning

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

3–6 years of digital marketing experience (Real Estate preferred)

Strong expertise in Facebook/Instagram Ads & Google Ads

Proven track record in lead generation campaigns

Understanding of real estate buyer journey is a plus

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
