We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition across digital channels for our IT, CRM, and business automation solutions.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
Drive lead generation and manage funnel performance (CPL, ROI, conversions)
Oversee SEO, website performance, landing pages, and CRO
Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and brand voice
Coordinate with sales & CRM teams to align campaigns with revenue goals
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM dashboards
Manage agencies, freelancers, and internal creatives when required
Stay updated with digital trends, AI tools, and marketing automation
1+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
Strong expertise in paid ads, SEO, and performance marketing
Experience working with CRM systems & marketing automation tools
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience in IT / SaaS / B2B services is a plus
