Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth through paid and organic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Optimization (SMO), lead funnel management, and analytics-driven campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Drive qualified lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through performance marketing campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Manage audience targeting, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and conversion optimization strategies.
Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize marketing performance.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments.
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Optimize social media profiles to improve brand visibility, organic reach, and engagement.
Develop strategies to increase follower growth, audience engagement, and community participation.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging, profile optimization, and content presentation across all platforms.
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and platform updates to improve social performance.
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Create, manage, and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Develop content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Execute paid social campaigns focused on lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video production teams to create high-performing creatives.
Manage online communities, customer interactions, comments, and direct messages.
Website, Landing Pages & Lead Funnel Management
Coordinate with website and development teams to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
Ensure implementation of lead capture forms, conversion tracking, pixels, tags, and event tracking.
Improve website user experience and conversion rates through continuous testing and optimization.
Build and optimize lead nurturing funnels to improve lead quality and sales conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, CRM tools, and reporting platforms.
Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, CAC, Revenue, and Lead Quality.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Present campaign insights, performance trends, and growth opportunities to management.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, conversion tracking, remarketing, and marketing automation.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Search Console, and CRM platforms.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and consistently achieve performance targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Google Ads, Meta Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Analytics Certifications preferred.
4–8 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
Experience in real estate, services, B2B, education, healthcare, or lead-generation-focused industries is an advantage.
