Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Development & Management
  Build, maintain, and update websites using CMS platforms (like WordPress or Wix), ensuring fast performance and responsive design.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical optimization to drive organic visibility and rankings.

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
  Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms, including audience targeting, ad creative, and performance reporting.

• Organic Lead Generation
  Develop and implement strategies to generate leads organically through social media, content, community engagement, and SEO.

• Content Creation – Reels & Social Media
  Ideate and create engaging short-form video content (Reels) and graphics for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Google Business Listings & Local SEO
  Create and manage Google Business Profiles and optimize for local search visibility and engagement.

• WhatsApp & Email Marketing
  Design and execute targeted campaigns using WhatsApp Broadcast and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.).

• Community Building & YouTube Management
  Build and nurture online communities (e.g., Facebook Groups, Telegram), and manage YouTube channels including content upload, SEO, and engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio or case studies

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, Canva, etc.

• Basic video editing skills for creating reels/shorts

• Strong communication and content writing skills

• Self-motivated, creative, and data-driven mindset

• Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field

• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms
