Position Business Development Manager
Location Ambedkar Vihar, Delhi, India
Experience Minimum 4+ years of sales experience, preferably from Digital Marketing Agencies or IT companies.
Expertise Strong understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape (SEO, Social Media, SEM, etc.) and various IT solutions.
Key Skills Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. CRM tools proficiency is mandatory.
Track Record Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the IT and digital sectors.
Generating high-quality leads via networking, cold calling, and strategic campaigns.
Conducting compelling product/service demonstrations and building strong client relationships.
Negotiating contracts, finalizing deals, and overseeing smooth client onboarding.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and monthly sales goals are achieved.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month.
Incentives: Attractive incentives with uncapped earning potential based on performance.
