Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, social media, and analytics, with the ability to drive measurable results and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization for better search visibility.

• Create, manage, and grow the company’s social media presence through engaging content and campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and reporting dashboards.

• Improve conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel management.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to create effective marketing creatives.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.

• Prepare performance reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content, and analytics).

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

• Knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4).

• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress/Shopify.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

• Creativity, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot.

• Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.

• Basic knowledge of Canva/Adobe tools for creative design.
