Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.---Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaignsManage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and landing pagesCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpointsStay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementManage digital marketing budget and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget---Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related rolesProven experience in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertisingStrong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital toolsExperience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)Excellent communication and copywriting skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects---Preferred Skills:Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)Basic HTML/CSS knowledgeExperience with eCommerce marketingFamiliarity with CRM systems
