Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Performance Marketing who lives and breathes performance. You should have proven experience in scaling Meta and Google Ads, strategizing funnels that convert, and allocating budgets with precision.

You will directly manage high-performing campaigns across India, UAE, US and other international markets while collaborating with the creative, tech, and CRO teams to deliver measurable growth.

What You Will Do

• Plan, execute, and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns with precision

• Manage monthly ad budgets ranging between ₹50 lakhs to ₹ 1 cr or more while optimizing for ROAS and CAC

• Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and optimization levers

• Create and test funnel strategies across multiple brands and niches

• Work closely with the design and content teams to develop ad creatives that convert

• Use automation and AI tools to improve bidding, targeting, and reporting efficiency

• Build and maintain detailed dashboards and performance reports for clients

• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and ad tech innovations

What You Will Need

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads

• Proven track record of achieving 3x or higher ROAS in performance-driven environments

• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Data Studio

• Ability to manage large ad budgets and multiple accounts simultaneously

• Deep understanding of eCommerce and D2C funnels, audience segmentation and A/B testing

• Experience in managing international campaigns, especially in UAE or GCC markets

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Curiosity, problem-solving ability and a drive to outperform
