Digital Marketing Executive

We at Design Atellier a unit of Nature Heaven Group . We are a real estate organisation. We are seeking a suitable candidate to join our team asa digital Marketimg Execuitve.

• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content, including property descriptions, blog posts about market trends, virtual tours, and video content (e.g., reels).

• Manage and update the company website and landing pages (using a CMS like WordPress) to ensure up-to-date property listings and a seamless user experience.

• Conduct Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, including keyword research and on-page optimization, to increase organic traffic and website ranking.

• Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and to facilitate smooth lead handoff and follow-up.

• Manage and leverage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, segment audiences, and personalize marketing communications.

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, with a specific focus on lead generation for property listings.

• Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager to ensure cost-effective spending and high ROI.

• Develop and manage the company's social media presence across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) with engaging, real estate-specific content.

• Execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, new property announcements, and customer relationship building.
