Job Description

We at Design Atellier a unit of Nature Heaven Group . We are a real estate organisation. We are seeking a suitable candidate to join our team asa digital Marketimg Execuitve.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content, including property descriptions, blog posts about market trends, virtual tours, and video content (e.g., reels).
Manage and update the company website and landing pages (using a CMS like WordPress) to ensure up-to-date property listings and a seamless user experience.
Conduct Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, including keyword research and on-page optimization, to increase organic traffic and website ranking.

Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and to facilitate smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
Manage and leverage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, segment audiences, and personalize marketing communications.
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, with a specific focus on lead generation for property listings.
Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager to ensure cost-effective spending and high ROI.
Develop and manage the company's social media presence across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) with engaging, real estate-specific content.
Execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, new property announcements, and customer relationship building.
