We are looking for a smart, proactive professional to plan and run our online marketing campaigns and support HR & office administration. This role offers a dynamic learning environment and an in-hand salary of (mention amount).
Run paid ads on Google & Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Create engaging content and manage social media pages
Do keyword research and improve SEO rankings
Track campaign performance and optimize budgets
Prepare simple weekly/monthly reports
Think of new ideas to grow brand visibility & leads
Assist in hiring: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records & attendance
Support onboarding of new employees
Help in basic HR documentation & letters (offer, reliving, etc.)
Assist in planning training and employee engagement activities
Handle emails, calls, and office communication
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Maintain office supplies and basic documentation
Support day-to-day office operations
Minimum qualification: Graduation
Experience: 1 year or more
Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics
Good communication & coordination skills
Ability to multitask and manage timelines
Proficiency in MS Office
