Digital Marketing Executive

Need only E- Mail Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

   • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals.

   • Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce engaging email templates, newsletters, and promotional messages.

   • Create automated email workflows for nurturing leads and customer retention.

2. Content & Design

   • Write compelling subject lines, email copy, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates.

   • Ensure emails are visually appealing, responsive, and consistent with brand guidelines.

   • A/B test subject lines, content, and layouts to optimize performance.

3. Database & Segmentation

   • Manage and maintain subscriber lists and segmentation for targeted campaigns.

   • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

   • Regularly clean and update email lists to maintain data quality.

4. Performance Analysis

   • Track and analyze campaign metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe rate).

   • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide insights for improvement.

   • Identify opportunities to enhance engagement and ROI through testing and optimization.

5. Tools & Automation

   • Work with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, Klaviyo, or similar tools.

   • Set up automated sequences like welcome series, re-engagement, cart abandonment, and follow-up campaigns.

6. Collaboration

   • Collaborate with design, content, and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

   • Support lead generation, event promotion, and product launch initiatives through email campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in email marketing or digital marketing.

• Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email editing (optional but preferred).

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Understanding of customer segmentation and email automation strategies.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Email open and click-through rates.

• Conversion and lead generation rates.

• List growth and engagement rate.

• Reduction in bounce and unsubscribe rates.

• ROI on email campaigns.
