Job Description:

We are hiring reliable and punctual Delivery Executives to join the Swiggy delivery fleet. As a Delivery Partner, your primary responsibility is to pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers in a timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up food items from partner restaurants.

• Ensure safe and timely delivery to customers as per assigned routes.

• Collect payments (if COD) and ensure transaction closure.

• Maintain a professional and polite behavior with restaurant staff and customers.

• Follow all traffic rules and Swiggy’s delivery guidelines.

• Use the Swiggy delivery app effectively for order updates and route navigation.

Requirements:

• Age: Minimum 18 years

• Own a two-wheeler with valid driving license

• Valid ID proof and address proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)

• Android smartphone with internet connection

• Basic understanding of local areas and routes

• Ability to read and understand order instructions in English or local language
