Delivery Boy

Location: AVA Road, JAYSREE GARDENS 3RD STREET, Rajahmundry

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Boy to join our DTDC franchise team. The primary responsibility will be to deliver parcels to customers in the assigned area in and around Rajahmundry. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual with a good knowledge of local routes and a commitment to timely and safe deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking up parcels from our franchise location and ensuring they are loaded correctly.

Delivering parcels to customers at their specified addresses in a timely and professional manner.

Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collections using a mobile app.

Handling cash on delivery (COD) payments and remitting them to the office.

Providing excellent customer service and addressing any delivery-related queries.

Reporting any issues or delays to the management immediately.

Requirements:

Must have and maintain their own two-wheeler (bike/scooter).

Must have and use a smartphone with a stable internet connection.

Possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Good knowledge of the local area, especially around AVA Road and Jaysree Gardens.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a delivery role is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000 per month
