Role - Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)- Voice process

Responsibilities - Addressing Customer queries and concerns on call

100% voice process and Inbound calling.

Salary -

•Fresher - 17k in hand (2.55LPA)

•Experience - up to 26k to 30K (3.7 to 4.15 LPA)

Shift timings

1) Male - morning 7 to night 12.30 (in between any 9.5 hrs of shift)

2) Female - morning 7 to night 8.30 (in between any 9.5 hours of shift)

Week offs -

5 days working and 2 days rotational weekoffs

Location - Vashi
