About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Voice Process Executives. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries.
Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Record and update customer information in the database.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and service levels.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards consistently.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM tools).
Flexibility to work in shifts (if required).
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Prior experience in BPO/Voice Process will be an added advantage.
