Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our International Tech Support (Chat + Voice) process. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and prior experience in international customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries via chat and voice channels for international clients.

2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

3. Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication.

4. Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system.

5. Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and KPIs.

6. Ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO/Tech Support process (Chat or Voice).

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Must be comfortable with night/rotational shifts.

• Should be within 20 km of the hiring zone (for cab eligibility).
